Help Help! Problem with booting PT LE 7.3

I'm running PT LE 7.3
it was working fin the yesterday it got stuck on creating dae and midi when booting
Does Anyone have an idea why? I did nothing to the computer except shut it down.
It did boot up without the external drives and it did boot up after
ahhh!!!!
