Midi import problems

I was in the middle of a track and importing midi from midi maps I'd made with Kontakt, then all of a sudden pro tools decided to stop importing midi. Everything is normal until after you press copy to region list or new track (neither work) then nothing is imported I've checked the midi files they are fine but pro tools simply won't import them no file name nothing in list or on tracks.

Running Kontakt 2.2.4
Pro tools LE 7.4.2
Leopard 10.5.4

Any help please?
