Omni - Mic Preamp Input 1 Not Working

Hey all!

Just acquired a used HD Native Thunderbolt with Omni interface. While I can get Mic Preamp 2 to work, for some reason I can't seem to get any signal on #1, either from the front or the back...I upgraded the firmware to latest, did a reset...still no luck. Am I missing something here? Or is it dead...?
