Default PT 9.0.5 acting weird

Last thing that happened is that after consolidating a new region (snare drum sample) and using it for a couple of hours, I hit play and the SD didn't sound at all. I checked and the sample was not loaded on the apTrigga. I can actually see the path for the sample but the sample disappeared, is not on my hard drive, it is GONE.
