Display Module on VESA arm
Hi all,
I had an idea recently to try and mount the Display module we use for the PPM on a VESA mount so we can easily position it in/out of vision without blocking the main computer screens. Hs anyone done this? I imagine the hardest things will be the power source... is there an easy way to extend the very short cable currently providing power to the display? VESA arm example: Many thanks Alex |

Re: Display Module on VESA arm
I had success doing this using an iPad gooseneck stand that clamps on the the desk. I just cut off the excess plastic on the mount and drilled holes corresponding with the screw holes on the display.
FYI, the longest power cable in the bundle, had plenty of room to reach the input on the display. I’ll see if I can find an old photo. I don’t currently have it set up that way.
