Default Multiple files from region list to single audio track

I'm doing some editing and I have about 80 small files I've imported into my PT session. For workflow purposes, I need to get these all from the region list onto a single mono track, hopefully in one fell swoop. Yes, I could just drag them over individually with shuffle mode, but I'm wondering if there's a faster way (hotkey?) since I run into this problem on almost every project I do. Any input welcome!

In the Region List mini menu, select left to right (or something like that) in the drop order at the bottom of the menu.

Thank you!!! This answer should be all over the forum... because there are lot of people asking how to do it... with NO answers. It's all in how you ask the question I guess. This is one of those things you know, but easily forget if you don't change it often. I think mine may have changed when I opened a session from another studio, and inherited their settings. Anyway, if you don't find an answer in the DUC, try rewording your question until you do... and then write the weird ones down! Thanks again.
