When starting Pro Tools I'm now getting a warning that my monthly subscription is expiring. Never seen this warning in the years I've been using the monthly subscription. On Avid's website I tried to renew the service in two different ways. I first clicked "But again" next to my Monthly Subscription in My Products but this leads to a "404 - File or directory not found" page. I then found my way to products and purchased annual subscription but looks like it's making me redownload and upgrade the PT version to use the new subscription?
On Avid's site > My Products > Pro Tool Studio > I see my original Monthly Subscription now listed as Cancelled as well as the newly purchased Annual Subscription listed as Active. But when I open PT, the new subscription is not recognized and I'm told the subscription has expired At the Active Annual Subscription section in My Products, I see that I have now been issued a new machine number and the software download links show PT 2024.3.1 (I was running 2023.12.1)...so I'm assuming that I need to download and completely reinstall PT? Is there now no way to simply renew the existing service working on a stable system? This is completely killing my workflow |

I checked your account and the license/s from your new Pro Tools Studio Annual subscription is not yet activated. Kindly have them activated into your iLok key to authorize your Pro Tools software. https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...on-an-iLok-Key |

Hello,
I have the same issue. It warns me about my PT Studio Subscription and a PT Perpetual Subscription (that I don't have). And the weird thing is that my renewal is on the 26 of April 2025 ! I went to iLok Manager and it has yellow wheel-arrows on my iLok. I tried to activate them but they then went to the Cloud. I then moved and activated them to my physical iLok. They moved and said they were activated, but are still with Yellow wheel-arrows. My case number is 04815242 which I made yesterday. Im working on an album and it is crucial that I can keep working. Can anybody help? Thanks! Per Einar

I was blocked out of Protools Studio because of a "known issue" (as I was told 2 days ago by an Avid customer care rep) that didn't allow my auto renew to go through.
I now can't work and am losing time and money. Can someone here please help? this is unacceptable! |

Apologies for the troubles, I've deposited a temporary license while this is being sorted. You can activate this license while your account's being fixed. Please open your iLok license manager app and sign in so you can activate the temp license I've also raised this to the webstore team's management.
