Default emailing a midi track to another PT user?

Hi all,
Sorry if this is already here somewhere but I did some Googling and searched the DUC but couldn't seem to find someone with this question.
I have song sessions that I saved to disc, then took to another city and uploaded to another Pro Tools user's machine. He is mixing these songs. Meanwhile I have added some midi tracks to the songs back home.

I'd like to send him the midi/instrument tracks (or files), but all I can seem to do is bounce them down to audio, then Dropbox the .wav files to him.

Could anyone guide me to a "how to" or something on sending someone else midi information?

Thanks in advance!

File->Export->Midi->Select Format->Save As

Then just email the midi file...

Yes, this will work. Another thought; if you're working in PT, and the other user is in PT, why wouldn't you select the midi tracks you're interested in, then file -> export selected tracks and send the new session with just those tracks, and let the person on the other end import them into their session?

Agreed with Rich here. Best thing to do would be to bus the VI's to a new channel and record them down, then export the new tracks as a session (with audio copy). You could also include the MIDI tracks that way if you want as well.

Ah, I meant just export the midi tracks and send over as a Pro Tools session - seems simplest...
