Registration/ 7.3 Upgrade help

I updated/upgraded from 6.9.2 > 7.1 back on November 9th 2006. This puts me in the free upgrade window for 7.3. I have tried to register my ver 7 upgrade but but I am unable to find a registration ID or serial number to enter in the registration fields. I have checked my confirmation email and I cannot find that info.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's not your serial number that they're asking for, it's your AUTHORIZATION code. It's misleading in the wording. The number is pretty long and has 4 or 5 spaces in it. Hope this helps!

I kind of figured that out. But even with entering that specific # I continue to recive an error message that says my reg ID and SN are incorrect. I have never been supplied with a reg ID for the upgrade top 7.

You will not be able to do the upgrade until you receive the grace period update email. Those upgrade emails are expected to start going out early next week. Please make sure your product is registered and that you've provided a valid email address.

Yes - if you purchased it on the DigiStore within the free upgrade period, you'll be sent an upgrade email.

What if you didn't purchase it from the digistore??? I purchased it from Guitar Center, but did register the softwarre finally the other day?
