Default Basic Question From Long Time Reaper and AA User - Rendering?

I have been using Adobe Audition for more than 20 years (Cool Edit before AA) and Reaper for 12 years. I JUST started Pro Tools yesterday and am so lost! But one thing at a time :-P.

How can I just render a section of my project? I have a single track. I sliced out a clip from the audio in that track and I have applied an effect (AudioSuite) to that new short clip. Now I want to render the result - full audio with the effect applied to JUST that clip in the middle. How do I do that?

Heck, I'd be happy just to know how to render out a wav file AT ALL. I can't believe how difficult I'm finding it to do basic things in PT.

Anyway, if someone could give me a clue as to how to render audio in PT, I'd be grateful. In Reaper (as well as Vegas Pro for video) I just got to File > Render or Render As. Then I get a window that gives me the choice of rendering the entire length of the project, or just the selected area (called loop section in Vegas).

Thanks!

OK, I figured it out - only after I posted the question though - as usual :-P. For other newbies who may not know...

Pro Tools calls this "Bounce Mix"

1. Select the amount of the song/project you want to render out (it will only bounce/render what you selected).

2. From there it's relatively easy to follow the stuff in the Bounce Mix window.

You also could UNDO the processing to a small clip, swipe across the entire track(to select all the audio) and re-render the Audiosuite process. Or; select all the clips and de-select the one that is already processed. Then render the rest.
