Sync issues....PT and Nuendo
I have Nuendo 2 chasing PT on seperate computers. It chases fine, however it kept seeming that everything was a little off. I am running both sessions at 85 BPM. My frame rate is 29.97 non drop.
I realized that the time code numbers arent matching up at the same measure numbers. ex. bar 75 on PT I have TC: 01:03:28:21 bar 75 on N2 I have TC: 01:03:32:13 Any ideas? isnt 85 BPM... 85 BPM? How could they be different on 2 different machines? I am checking these numbers with both stopped, so its not the sync itself. Any help greatly appreciated --james

Scratch that. Some kinda bug in Nuendo. I restarted and then the numbers matched up. Weird voodoo stuff. Sorry to waste the time.
