Missing Pro Tools Certification

Hello,

I had taken the Pro Tools 101 and 110 exams in the Spring of 2023 at Sacramento City College, both of which I passed. I have the email stating that I passed and I have yet to see the "Certifications" section on my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you tried my.avid.com? After logging in, I scroll down to
My Learning
and then
View Transcripts.
On my Transcripts page I can see my completed courses, and at the bottom of that list is another link
View Credentials.
This takes me to the Credly website which requires a login. Personally not a fan of Credly fwiw.
Your PT course instructor should be able to help you find your credentials.

Can you DM me the account that you used to take the exam so I can check this with our Avid Learning team?

My situation is the same.
I have a big problem with my certifications in AvidAccount. I’ve taken and pass all the Avid Certifications in Paris, in the biginning of the year 2010. I’ve passed all the exams, and received the certificats, but not the expert module. I called to the ALP to talk about this and they did an action with you. At this day, I never receive the missing certificat, but in add, all the others are missing too in my account. I’ve tried to mail [email protected] at several times but no answers returned, never.
How can I find an issue for my problem?
