I have a lot of mpeg-audio-files with the extention MPA. I would really like to import those into Pro Tools, but Pro Tools does not understand the filetype.
At the moment I have to revert to an "old" PC to make a WAV-file of the MPA. Then I import the WAV-file into Pro Tools. I would very much like to skip that PC-step though. So... How do I import a file with the MPA extention? (FYI: Pro Tools could not be fooled by just renaming the extention.) If it just is not possible with the standard Pro Tools software, where would I have to go to get someone to create something for me to make it work? ------ Extra info: I work with a Mac G5, dual 1,8GHz, OS X v10.4 Tiger and a 002 Pro Tools-console. |
