Default CUBASE SX 2 on DIGI 001

Hello every body:
I would like to know if there is a way to run Cubase SX 2 on Windows XP SPack1 with a DIGI 001.
I tried several times and it worked fine with Cubase SX V1 but it never made a sound with version 2.
With Cubase SX V2 the ASIO setup always brings me an error.
Unfortunately I need to open the projects in Cub V2 because I only have this work made on Cubase.
Please Somebody Help me!!
Is there any way or any specific ASIO driver to run SX version 2 with a DIGI 001?
HEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!!....
THANKS
