My registration details aren’t shown in my Avid.com account
At the moment only software downloads activated in the Avid.com accounts are shown there. So unfortunately hardware and boxed software registrations are not visible at present.

I've already registered but keep getting registration popups

i have only the choice of my onboard sound card when i launch a third party audio , why ?

In Windows Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Sound
Set the Playback tab to your Onboard Sound
Set the Recording tab to your Interface

Hold down the “N” key when launching Pro Tools, and select your Interface in Pro Tools Playback Engine

1. Launch Pro Tools
2. When the splash screen appears on the screen, hold down the N key on your keyboard, which will eventually open the Playback Engine dialog for Pro Tools.
3. At the top of this window, you will see the ‘Current Engine’ drop-down menu.
4. Choose your Interface
5. Click OK.


You can also access the Playback Engine in Pro Tools via “Setup”

Thks but i don't have PT9HD installed on y windows 10 i got only the hd river 21.10.0.30 installed i received it from an user in this forum , i try others hd driver from avid i mean those working for windows 10 but no succes i see
the hd native card on my windows set up peripherals but got no possibility to choose the digidesign 192 I/O in audio set up from my windows or third party audio like reason or others . My problem is there i don't installed PT9HD cause i know its not compatible with windows 10. But you're are not required to install PTHD to use the audio interface like the digi 192I/O.
