Constantly have to reset IO every session
Hello, we've been currently having issues with io in our studio and don't get any direct sound from our mic input until we reset the io to default. When first loading up, only the reverbs and other send effects can be heard on our designated record tracks and we have to reset every time we load up a session. We are running the Apollo X6 and using Pro tools 2019 on a 2019 iMac for anyone curious about the specs. Any tips at all would greatly appreciated

Is the Apollo powered before the computer?
