Default Renewal is pending - iLok

According to AVID website, I have 26 days left on my Pro Tools subscription, but inside of iLok it says renewal is pending, and I can't open ProTools on my Mac... Really need this to work ASAP and customer service is slow. Any help?

You might think about NOT making your ilok id public.

I am having this same problem...When I log into My iLok account is says my subscription is pending. I am desperately trying to work on a session today, have an artist here and cannot get ProTools 12.8.1 to run. Can anyone tell me if this subscription will update itself or do I need to specifically have someone at Avid to assist me.

This is my first time on this forum in a long time so apologies for possibly not posting correctly...

Welcome back.

Checked your account and see new licenses activated to your iLok. Make sure you deactivate any old/expired licenses to prevent them from conflicting.
