I have done the changes as they told me.

In CPUz the numbers got changed but in sandra report numbers still 7,7,7,16"the Old" !! , I think this the start

these are the things you 'need' to become familiar with in order to successfully set your ram timings. i won't go any further than postin' this because your system 'might' req voltage changes. and that is not somethin' i'm not comfortable guidin' you thru. hope you understand why this is for the UD3-R mobo. and i'm not sure you are usin' it. none-the-less here ya go...
