Default Pro Tools does not run after the lost and service transfer of ILOK.

Hello,

I have the following:
Pro Tools 2021.6
Mac OS Catalina
Macbook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
I bought a Pro Tools perpetual license on 08/07/20.

When I run to Pro Tools does not recognize my Pro Tools perpetual license; however, my iLok License Manager shows that I have a Pro Tools Perpetual License.
Avid.com shows that I have a Pro Tools perpetual license under my products.
When I open Pro Tools and log in to iLok, I receive this notification:

"You are trying to run a newer version of Pro Tools than allowed by your license. You can uninstall this version of Pro Tools and reinstall any version of Pro Tools that is supported by your license, or visit your MyAvid Account to renew your upgrade plan."

How do I get access to Pro Tools again to recognize my Pro Tools perpetual license?

Can anyone here help?

I have tried everything I know.
ex) reinstall Pro Tools, ILOK License Manager and I did the "synchronize" option; however, that did not move me forward.


I'm Korean, so I’m not that good at English well. I'm very sorry if my thread is difficult to understand.

Welcome to the community.

Looks like CS was still in the process of depositing the replacement licenses for your lost iLok. Please Synchronize your iLok now and try launching Pro Tools again.
