Meters flicker/stutter on S1 and tablets.

I've noticed that the meters are flickering/stuttering very randomly during playback.

I've recorded a short clip showing the issue:

When I connect the tablets/screens, they show the same flickering/stuttering as well.



Anyone else having this issue?

Can you tell me the exact versions of EuControl and Avid Control?

EUControl is: 2024.10.0.19 (EUCON Version: 5.1.4.19)

AVID control is: 21.8.1.0 on all 3 (I'm assuming you're asking for firmware version here. If not, please let me know)

Your Avid Control is way out of date. Needs to be 2024.10.1. Look on the settings/about page in AC

It seems I was a bit quick to celebrate. The flickering is back.
Apart from the info you already have, what else can I provide for you that might be of help?

Are you 100% sure you updated all to the correct version, can you share a video?

Hi Eddie.

I went back and checked, and the EUControl is still version 2024.10.0.19.

When checking the AVID Download Center and downloading the latest version again, I still get the same. 2024.10.0.19.

Please see the attached screenshots.

Also, I checked the firmware on all 3 S1s, and they are at the latest version. Or so the EUControl is telling me.

If these are not the updates you mean, can you please direct me to the correct ones? I apologise in advance if the answer's staring me in the face.

2024.10.0 is correct for EuControl....but the Tablets need to be 2024.10.1
