Avid says because my sub just ended I can't create a case for this. I'm not renewing until they give me a reason to, so someone else will have to do this. Being forced to pay just to report a bug with your software that has already had two patch updates this version due to bugs is insane.
I understand not receiving new features if you don't have an active sub, but come on Avid. There are bugs I have reported years ago that you are working still on fixing and they were not fixed because your staff failed to log them properly, and I have the emails from them verifying this. Not accepting reports is ludicrous. I have a lot of colleagues that are dumping avid for things like this. We just got rid of ALL our avid hardware across our studios so we would have more reliable, well supported gear from companies like RME who go above and beyond with support.

Has anyone else been able to create a case regarding this? Pro Tools keeps creating folders with the session title and the .r on it with new backups and new art data. This is crazy.
Come on Avid, at least you could take bug reports from users. I’m not going to renew anything until this is fixed and there is a reason to, rather than waste money on months with no updates. It's been 4 months with this update.

Unrelated, and I don't want to hijack this thread, but since you might be logging bugs and I can't create a report, please note that moving a MIDI note over a muted MIDI note with the up and down arrows unmutes the muted note. Thanks.
