Default Pro Tools books/DVD

I'm looking to get a book on how to use pro tools, like a reference book.

Just wondering what you guys would suggest.

Looking at

http://shop.avid.com/store/product.d...24141988268448

and

http://shop.avid.com/store/product.d...24141988300080

I have Pro Tools 8/Mbox 2 Pro. I am a complete newb, I don't even know most of the terms used lol.

I don't wanna have to come on this forum all the time to ask little questions and I'm sure nobody really wants more problems to deal with haha.

I would recommend the latest book on PT9 101 It will still cover all the previous versions but give you an idea of the new features in PT 9 as well.
Or if you want to get ver 8 here it is a bit cheaper than the avid store.

I highly recommend this one:

http://www.amazon.com/Producing-Stud...7920984&sr=8-1

It was written at the time of 7.3.1, but literally 95% of it still applies, and it's excellent and down to earth. It also has great info on recording in general.

I would recommend Gina Fant-Saez's Pro Tools for Musicians and Songwriters. She teaches what you need to sit down and make music..and explains everything out...
