Default How do you get you mouse to control volume

How do you get your Windows Key to Work in PT and your mouse to control volume when you get over a track

Do you mean Clip Gain or the Volume Line?

For Clip Gain, it's WinKey+Shift+Scroll and the amount of Clip Gain change is a setting in Preferences.
