I am currently on tour with SC48 for monitors. All musician using in-ears, almost all songs having backing track on Fostex harddrive recorder. I am using MTC to recall snapshots (at least one) for every song. Few days ago we got new tracks for 1 piece and I had to make some changes for my snapshots. First 2 shows went fine as I did all new things by hand, but then I did set MTC to lauch my new snapshots and did one something wrong. Anyway at that point in the show, I noticed that I have wrong snapshot, I just hit undo button on snapshot page. Didn´t even think that could do anything but cancel last recalled snapshot and go back the one before. But all outputs were dead like a second or two. I realised that undoing did undo my last snapshot save.
I thought that when in show mode, console shouldn´t let me do anything that interrupts audio. Am I right? I am not able to send my info and show file before next weekend, but if incident I made to happen is not normal behavior, I´ll send them. -jaska Sorry. I speak Inglish. |

Hi Jaska,
It sounds like it could have been an operator error unfortunately. Hard to say from the info provided. And yes you are correct, once in Show mode you should not be to make any system changes that will interrupt audio. If you want you can send the log files and show file you had this happen to to [email protected] referencing to this post and also mentioning the exact date and time (as close as possible) you had this happen to you. To get the logs of your system : - USB stick ready in one of the available USB ports - on your keyboard : hold down ctrl + shift and type SUPPORT - confirm the onscreen message saying the support shortcuts are now enabled - hold down ctrl + shift and type L - wait for the logs to be collected and select the backup option This will save a zip file to your USB stick. Send that together with the show file you were using at the time of the issue to the above address ... Chris
