Default Help Please! Unable to locate hardware

Hey guys, I'm running Pro tools Express with mbox 3 mini in my Toshiba laptop windows 7. Idk why everytime I try to open the software it appears a message saying: Unable to locate hardware, please make sure is conected and click ok.

I have ASIO4All, the most recent driver for my m-Box and my iLok with license. If anyone able to help I will appreciate!!! Thanks!!

Can you see it listed under Windows "Playback devices" and "Record devices"? (right click on the speaker icon in the lower right corner of you desktop)

Can you post your full system specs?

The Mbox has its own ASIO drivers, so you shouldn't need ASIO4ALL, also I think the "Express" version wouldn't work with ASIO4ALL anyway as it will be looking for specific Avid hardware.

Make sure you're using the latest drivers: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...x-Mini-Drivers (I know you posted you are, but to be sure). Does the Mbox show up in device manager?

Here's a quick start guide: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/h...ation-Overview
