Someone help me with melodyne activation

I bought the Pro Tools Artist subscription and the melodyne plugin was supposed to be included with the subscription, I can´t activate it right now because I can´t even find the serial number on the "My Products" section, also I tried to send a support case but it gives me an error when I try to create it. I don´t know what else I can do

Start by posting in the correct section for your software(main page, 4 links down called simply Pro Tools). This section is for Pro Tools 12

Third Party options are listed after Avid products, so look at the bottom of your list at my.avid.com/products and click on Melodyne Essential to find your serial number.
