Bounce to Disk Issue

So any idea when playing a .WAV or .mP3 after a Bounce to Disk, the .WAV or .mP3 are playing back two semitones lower than the session?? Windows 10, 32 gig, ProTools 2018.4. , MBoxIII, QCon pro X.. DAW....
