It's certainly a hot topic, some countries for example banning legally some uses of AI, as well as universities in throes regarding intellectual property and impropriety. I'm old enough to know older and some people today cannot imagine the changes yet to come, and I'm young enough that I feel these tools will be able to serve me to be in a bit of a hurry with things. By that, I mean "change will come" but I think the human edge will still be leading. We'll still want to review the audio before we ship it out, or there is an epistemic hole we will tolerate: "Is there a noise in that audio no one at all has consciously heard?" I'm far less afraid of "musical automatic accompaniment" than I am of "strong AI." For example, there are physicist who are comfortable with the idea of a human experiment in energy physics accidentally losing a black hole in orbit around the Earth. They think it would be OK. The idea of actually creating a mind that would have access to communication systems, to maybe have a desire to make music... That is what's most next level to me. It would be totally non-trivial. That's not my editing tasks being replaced by software (effectively trained by my own handholding).
