UVI Avid Falcon 2.0.8 in Avid user account

FYI Falcon is now at 2.1.1 but all Avid is giving people an older version. There are several amazing additions in the last couple of Falcon revisions. Luckily I have the one from UVI.

As I mentioned in another thread here the Falcon that is Avid user accounts is a few revisions back. I have Falcon as a separate purchase from UVI but thought I'd pass this bit along. Current Falcon is at 2.1.1 with several enhancements/changes from 2.0.8. Also some of the newer libraries that are out require 2.1.x so if you're contemplating them you might want to get on Avid's case and see what's up.

I recently contact Avid support to ask when Falcon 2.1.1 will be availbale on our user account.

Here is the answer:
Unfortunately we didn't make this available yet, but this is a work in progress.
I don't have an estimated time for this though. I'm sorry I couldn't help more.

We are in the process of updating accounts with version 2.1.2 so please check my.avid.com (View My Products > Pro Tools/Ultimate > View...) -or- Avid Link (click the Included Apps & Plugins link under your Pro Tools product).
