half speed record is Ctrl-Shift-spacebar
double speed record - drink 3 cups of coffee and set your tempo to 240

Double speed? That's easy...just use external sync at 96k, with an outboard A/D converter/clock sync then your song will play at double speed......

I have not tried to record this way butit should work!
