Can't speak for T-racks, but sound forge should work (I imagine) Sonic Foundry has allways been on top of current OS's.

I have T-Racks and Sound Forge 5 running on my XP Box, without a hitch.

Sound Forge 6 is XP compatible out of the box...Acid Pro has a current update from the website that makes it compatible.

How about Wavelab3? Does that also run okay on XP?

this one's easy... BD (before Digi) I was using XP as soon as it came out. I own Sound Forge 4.5 and 5.0, Vegas and Acid... all of which work under Win XP. The ONLY thing that has problems is CD Architect, which is a major bummer, since it's my favorite mastering / burning program. It works, but getting your burner to work with it is a hassle. There's a freeware utility to get around that issue.

IOW, yes, all the Sonic Foundry stuff works fine in XP, and has since day one.

Default With the XP Upgrade: What about SoundForge, T-Racks,...

What are uses doing about the other audio applications running on their system like T-Racks and Sound Forge? Will they work with XP, or will I have to do a dual boot thing?

Phil

You mean CD Architect will work in XP? It's my favorite mastering software too, and since I'm now able use it again on my machine (I got an older SCSI Yamaha burner that's supported by the software) I was a little bit reluctant to upgrade, as I wasn't sure if all of the other apps I'm using for audio tasks would work.

That would make my day, CD Architect rules

Yup, it works... on the off chance that you're still on the DUC, hang tight and check back here in 5 - 10 minutes and I'll have a couple of links for ya...
