Default New bundle for LE

I just bought a new 002r through the hardware exchange program. Guitar Center had one in stock and I bough it last Thurs the 11th. I just noticed that there is a new bundle included with all LE purchases that now includes the following.
Digi 002 Rack Factory and Digi 002 Factory systems include:
• Digi 002 Rack or Digi 002 system (hardware and software)
• Bomb Factory BF-3A by Bomb Factory
• moogerfooger Ring Modulator by Bomb Factory
• moogerfooger Analog Delay by Bomb Factory
• SansAmp PSA-1 by Bomb Factory
• Cosmonaut Voice by Bomb Factory • JOEMEEK SC2 Compressor by Bomb Factory
• JOEMEEK VC5 Meequalizer by Bomb Factory
• Tel-Ray Variable Delay by Bomb Factory
• Voce® Spin by Bomb Factory
• Voce Chorus/Vibrato by Bomb Factory

Since only the "LIVE, REASON, SAMPLETANK" extras etc are included in the software I got I'm hoping that I'll qualify for the "NEW" extra bundle.

Does anyone know about this?

My system is so new that I haven't even installed anything yet because I will upgrade my AMD 1800 to a 2500+ first. I have all the pieces I need, I just need the time to rebuild the computer and therefore haven't registered the new 002r with Digi, yet.

Anyone else in this situation? I seem to recall that when Digi went to the "Ableton" they provided upgrades to people who purchased after a certain date. Hope this applies to the current upgrades as well.

The bundle you speak of is not free..You can purchase your OO2 with or without it..you can also purchase the bundle seperately.. HERE

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I was blinded by the "something for nothing" reflection in my monitor (lol)
I now recall that when I bought my 001 in the summer of '02 there was a similar bundle offered but it was mac only at that time. This still may be worth buying. I'll have to check pricing w/Guitar Center.
Thanks again,
David

is there any reason that bundle would not work on 001?

That's exactly my question. It would be really nice if Digidesign could clarify if either the 002 or MBox bundles will work on a 001...

On Digi's front page they seem to imply that if you're a registred user, you can get a discount on this bundle but I can't find that info anywhere on the site. Does anyone have the scoop on this?

Also my impression, therefore my original post.
Maybe a note from the Digi Admin, please, to clarify this?

Hi folks,

Bazzle is correct.

The LE factory products just released are not replacements for Mbox and 002 products, they are additions to the product line at a different price point because they include the mentioned plugins. As such, people who purchased standard Mbox or 002 products will not receive these plugins for free.

However, if you already own an Mbox, Digi 002, or Digi 002 Rack, Digidesign is offering for sale the LE Factory plug-ins bundle software to all existing, registered Mbox, Digi 002, Digi 002 Rack owners for a limited time. More purchasing info will be available from your dealer and the online DigiStore soon. (Note: You will need the serial number that is on your hardware product if you purchase through the DigiStore. This offer is not available to Digi001 customers.)
