Default iLok Server issues w/ iLok Cloud 10/30/2023

Hey peeps

There seems to be an issue with the iLok Servers today 10/30/2023.

PT users activated on the iLok Cloud may be affected. (licenses activated on an iLok USB should be able to continue)

The Avid licensing team is already in communication with PAC (iLok) team regarding the matter.

I will post to the Licensing forum so users know.

Hello PT Users

We apologize for the recent iLok Cloud issues and any problems this may have caused. The PACE team has been working non-stop on this. Leading into the holidays we have over provisioned our services. The short summary is that there should be a lot of improvement and less users effected today. That trend should increase. We are working with our cloud providers to remedy the issue.

Hi Folks,

iLok Pace is having issue again which affects ilok cloud licensing. We are already working with iLok regarding this and closely monitoring the issue.

To get the latest status you may go to https://status.ilok.com/

Incident INC0102141 - iLok cloud consistently disconnecting
