Can I sell my PT vanilla license?

I bought a Carbon some months ago and upgraded to Ultimate as part of the deal. Now I have a perpetual PT vanilla license that is paid up through 2027 that I won't be using.. Can I sell that license? If so, is it still done through the Transfer of Ownership form?

Anyone have any idea how long it typically takes AVID to deposit a transferred license into the buyer's iLok account?

It is not hours or days, but should not be weeks. Very vague, I know, but best I can tell you.

My experience as buyer spring 2020 was it took almost a month.
Added: If the buyer is new to PT, he can use the 30-day fully functional demo while waiting, and when he gets the ilok licence, there is no need to reinstall, he just switches from the demo license to the proper license.
