midi io ?/

im having problems with my midisport,doesnt show om the in midi devices.i reinstalklked the driver but still nothing im using a midisport 8x8,anybody else have this prob?/ ive had it for a year or so and it just stopped working properly? what could the prob be is it not reading the usb cause its supposed to show autimatically when pt scans it??
