Default Cannot use arrow keys to navigate in-app menus - fixed in 12.1?

I'm specifically asking about: logged bug: PT-202512.

Is there a way to find out it's status?
Apparently Slate is waiting for this to be addressed so they can bless the Raven with PT12...consequently, so am I.

If anybody knows, thanks!
