Academic Eligibility issue

Hi, today I purchased the Perpetual Annual Updates + Support for EDU Students & Teachers renewal but I forgot to verify the Academic Eligibility of my account. Now I don't know how to do it because the verification button doesn't appear on the Avid page of my account.
Can anyone help me? Which Avid email can I ask to resolve the issue?
