Cannot open Cloud project
Hey guys,
I'm trying to open / download a cloud project, but can't seem to get it to work. First time doing so. Tried searching for different solutions but no luck as of yet. Seems like everything fails, see attachment. I have reassured that the project has been uploaded correctly by the other user. I'm using PT 2020.3.0 on macOS 10.15.4. Any help would be welcome! Avid Collab Cloud hasn't been functioning properly for a few months. I hope they're not still charging anyone for it. Their own documentation now explicitly encourages us to use another cloud service such as Google Drive or Dropbox as a work around. My guess is, they've abandoned it and are not planning to fix it.
