Structure Free no longer reading FX from Structure patches?

Hi, just looking for confirmation :

At one stage we were able to use user-created patches from Structure in Structure Free, and the FX dials just above the keyboard would be active (example: if someone had included a reverb in their patch, it would still show in Structure Free).

This seems to no longer be the case.
Was this purposely removed in PT11, or is a bug ?
