MASCHINE MIKRO MK3 into Pro Tools Issue

Hi, I am a new user of MASCHINE MIKRO MK3. How can I record midi notes from MASCHINE MIKRO MK3 into Pro Tools 12? I already followed step by step the NI Support about the question but for me it doesn't work. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there any specific setting on pro tools for this?

I use:
MacBook Pro
Apple M1 Pro
16 GB
Apollo twin x
Pro Tools 12
Maschine MK3
