Video Satellite LE can not be declared by HD computer
Hi there,
For my HD3 system I am running Pro Tools 8.0.1.cs1 on a mac G5 with OSX 10.5.8. For my LE system I am running Pro Tools 8.0.3 using a mac pro with OSX 10.6.5. I am trying to get Video Satellite LE going, and I am stuck at the point where I need to declare my LE rig as a satellite. None of the drop down menus in the Administrator section of the HD rig show any information about the Satellite rig. The computers are connected via an ethernet switch. They both get the same internet, and I successfully send midi information, share files, etc. from one computer to the other. In the Advanced Network Settings section of the HD rig, my interface and my TCP/UDP port numbers are the same. The LE rig has Enable Satellite Mode checked, and the HD rig is in Administrator mode. I don't know what to try next. Any clues would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
