Hello Is there any dilemmas with trying to open
an LE session on a HD system or an HD session on a LE system. Also How about converting either a DP3, enuendo,Logic or Cubase on a HD or LE system Thank You

As long as you are staying on the same platform there is nothing special you have to do. Just remember that if you open up a HD session in LE it may disable your plug-ins and will only open 24 or 32 tracks depending what version you have. Of course don't forget your sample rate, anything above 48/24 is a no go unless your doing a 002. LE to HD is no problem at all.
Now if you are going cross platform you have to make sure that when you open the new session you select "force PC/Mac compatability" or you'll be bummin'. If you don't do it when you first open the session you can "save copy of session" and do it then. As far as the others, I'm pretty sure there is no way to open them directly unless you are using either DigiTranslator or OMF (honestly I never use them so I forget) which will let you save back and forth to DP3 only. Be warned it's a pricy piece I think it's running about $500. Personally I zero out and consolidate the audio and fly it back and forth that way when I have to.
