DINR launches, but doesn't do anything to the audio??

DINR launches, but doesn\'t do anything to the audio??

Alright, so the only noise reduction plug in I have on my computer is DINR. It launches just fine as an audiosuite plug in, everything looks visually correct, but no matter what I do to it, it doesn't affect the audio AT ALL. Why would it behave like this??
