unable to use pro-tools 6.4.1 with Mix Plus (OSX)

just started using OS X (10.3.5) on a G4 Mac (450 x 2) with 750 Meg RAM and Pro-tools 6.4.1 with a Mix Plus system.. It works for a while then starts to give me DAE error -1 and the DAE will not work. I re-install the Digi software and things are fine for a while and then the whole thing starts again. I mainly use logic audio as the front-end but the same thing happens with the Digi software. I have tried removing the EXS24 and the ESB TDM plugins from the plug-in folder (as suggested by Tech support UK ) but this does not seem to make any difference. They have no other suggestions at tech support. Does anyone have any ideas..Apparently -1 error means incompatability problems but no one can tell me what??

1. your CPU is fairly slow, and not "qualified" -- see Digi compato docs

2. you should not be using 10.3.5 - see http://digidesign.com/compato/osx/os.cfm
