Default "Free" Virtual Instrument Box set with purchase?

Has anyone taken advantage of the offer for the *free* copy of the Virtual Instrument Box Set with purchase of both:

PT LE firewire system (such as Mbox 2 Pro) *and*
Axiom-Pro keyboard (any size)?

Here is the link:

I have purchased the two items above, but I cannot seem to get a clear answer as to how to collect the free software. There is no info on the website about *how* to get it. I called Digi and Avid, and they indicate the retailer should be able to order it for me at "zero dollars", but my retailer has been having trouble figuring out how to do this.

Anyone successful with this? Let me know how it went down.

Thanks.

Does *anybody* know anything about this? I see 42 views, but no takers. . .

Am I the only one trying to take advantage of this promo?

Where did you purchase this from? I supply my clients with this from my own stock so they don't have to wait for it, I'm not sure if that's how other dealers are doing it---or if you have to register it with Digidesign first.

Sounds like your dealer needs to pick up the phone and call Digi.
They will either be reimbursed for fulfilling the order out their own stock or they have to order it for you attaching a copy of your receipt so they get the deal.

Thanks.

I finally did get the free stuff. The store had to order it from Digi as a "zero dollar" purchase order. They figured out how to do this in conjunction with the Digi rep, and it finally all came together. it just took a number of phone calls to get everybody on the same page.

Thanks.
