Re: high frequency noise
What type of machine, and what other details about your system can you give us?
I noticed something similar when I installed a Radeon 8500 in my G4/400. I'm looking for others with that problem, or maybe I'm just an isolated case. -Martin |

Re: high frequency noise
I don't have an Mbox, but I have experienced that whine with a Digi001 using unbalanced cables to run from the monitor out to an amplifier. Once the cables were switched to balanced 1/4 inch (TRS) the problem went away. Maybe that's it?
Good luck Tony

high frequency noise
I have some new studio monitors (event PS6) hooked up to my MBox. When I start Pro Tools LE (Mac version), I get a high frequency noise that I have not experienced before. It is not an electrical 60 Hz hum. This is different, and it goes away when I close the program. Has anyone encountered this problem? Thanks
