how to authorise Bomb Factory plugins w/ Factory 001 bundle
I didn't see anything in the docs except "your ilok already contains the authorisation for Bomb Factory plugins" - but after installing, it says the authorisations aren't in the iLok at all, and would like me to enter a code or purchase them from the BF web site.
Digi and Waves plugins were authorised fine. How do I get the BF plugins authorised? Regards, MG |

Re: how to authorise Bomb Factory plugins w/ Factory 001 bundle
Digi does all the tech support for the 001 Factory product--you need to contact them.
The iLok is supposed to come complete and ready-to-run. I don't know why it isn't seeing the BF authorization. Regardless, you should be able to use our stuff for 10 days in "demo mode" while you sort this out with Digi. If you have any problems, feel free to email us directly at [email protected] and we'll help you get this resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience, --Erik |

Re: how to authorise Bomb Factory plugins w/ Factory 001 bundle
I had a similar problem when I reinstalled 001 (Factory Bundle) on my mac. I powered down, removed the ilok key, powered up, powered down, reinserted the key, powered up - and it worked. Not sure that will be your fix but you might give it a try.

Re: how to authorise Bomb Factory plugins w/ Factory 001 bundle
As Erik says, the iLok that came with your 001 Factory product was authorized with the Bomb Factory products when it was manufactured. Make sure you've installed the Bomb Factory Plug-Ins and your other software correctly (which I assume you have, of course). Please let me know if your problem persists and we can send you a new iLok if necessary.
Thanks Ed

Re: how to authorise Bomb Factory plugins w/ Factory 001 bundle
This can happen if you didn't install the PACE InterLok extensions. Go to this link:
http://www.paceap.com/dldrvr.html and download the following item: “InterLock Extensions” (3rd item from the top) -Run the installer Once these items are installed, restart the computer, connect your iLok and launch Pro Tools LE. Brent |
