Eucontrol failing to launch all of a sudden

I'm running Artist 2022.12 on a M1 Max Studio running 13.1. All of a sudden Eucontrol won't start up. I get the message, "Eucon Network Not Found disable external workstations if you do not use them either from eucon preferences or from the workstations tab in euontrol."

not sure what has happened as I have changed NOTHING on this computer w/the exception updating to Ventura a few weeks ago, but eucontrol has been working fine since the update up until just now.

Have you had any luck with this? I've been using EuControl with an S1 for months. Suddenly today, EuControl won't launch. Spent over an hour on the phone with Avid support, they haven't been able to figure it out yet, but are still working ont it
