Artist Control - Touchscreen changes color of buttons

Hello,

I have a problem with coloring the touchscreen buttons.

It seems that the buttons for the surface and the soft keys changing it´s colors to more pale colors suddenly. Some colors are completely wrong from what i have chosen.

Strange behaviour:
If I hold down shift and use a programmed home button (the buttons call page 1 for the softkeys and the surface), the colors will be completely different....

Is there a possibility to reset the color coding or reset the display to show the colors correctly?

I´m using the newest 3.6 Eucon Software, but it was the same on 3.5.

Here are two screens (sorry for the pure quality from my handy)

Screen Artist Mix shows the first surface page of my programmed Artist Control. Look especially at the "Mixer/Lower Zone" and "Undo/Redo" buttons. They are different colors.

Screen Eucon Software shows my configuration in the eucon software 3.6 on windows 10. The 4 buttons are all the same color and also in the xml file, they have equal color information codes.

But the strange is, when I use the shift button and navigate on the softkeys pages (not the surface pages) the surface pages change colours.

I think it´s a software bug, cause on the first install of the eucon software all shown completely right. After a eucon crash after closing cubase it´s like now. :/

I think what you are seeing is the multi states of these buttons. They change color depending on what their status is. For instance if there is something to undo it will change color to indicate that.

The OP is absolutely correct. I reported this problem a while back. Mine behaves exactly the same way. If you navigate to another page of soft buttons and hit the shift and home, they will be the color you programmed. If you step to them from another page they will ALL be dimmer. Annoying.
