PT 12 & Ableton (routing PT 12 into Ableton for using Sends)

Hello,
I´m a PT12 newbie and have a question, how to route/connect Ableton NOT as REWIRE to/with Pro Tools.

1. Background:
I use Ableton for my creative producing process, because I have to do a lot of automation on my tracks, f. e. the sends (Delay, Reverb aso).
I read that PT 12 doesn´t work very well with midi controllers and thats ok, cause it´s not primarily made for this work. But I love the workspace of PT 12 for mixing and final editing.

2. Contemplated:
I have some complex or ableton specific delay effect chains in Ableton (ableton stock plugins - f.e. "SimpleDly-EQ-Overdrive-FilterDly-Redux-EQ-Reverb-Limiter" OR "PingPongDly-PingPongDly-Saturator-EQ-PingPongDly-GlueComp-Overdrive-FilterDly-Limiter") and want to use them while mixing in pro tools.

I want to route some audio tracks from PT 12 to Ableton, then send it through my effect sends in Ableton and routing it back to PT 12.

3. Problem:
In Rewire-mode, I think, Ableton is incapable to receive input signals AND can´t use 3rd Party-Plugins also.

4. Question:
Is there a possibility to use PT 12 as mixing DAW while Ableton is also running and is synced to the tempo, so I can get the workaround from point 2?
